What can you expect from Seed & Wild?

My floral design offers a romantic and enchanting setting for couples who want their day to feel both beautiful and deeply personal. I believe flowers are a form of fine art, and with thoughtful composition, colour, and texture, they can elevate a space into something truly unforgettable.

I offer a completely bespoke service, designed with care, creativity, and collaboration. We’ll begin with a relaxed video call to explore every floral element you’d like to include; from colour palettes and personal style to the overall feeling you want to create. I’ll guide you through design ideas that feel authentic to you, while working with your ideal spend to ensure lasting impact.

I know that planning a wedding can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why I aim to make your floral journey calm, personal, and joyful. Whether you arrive full of ideas or need help bringing a vision to life, I’m here to support you throughout.

Above all, I want your flowers to feel like an extension of you; thoughtful, expressive, and full of meaning. A reflection of your story, your style, and the setting you’ve chosen to marry in.

Your Wedding Flower Journey

Initial Consultation

Each wedding booking begins with a relaxed video consultation, usually lasting 30-60 minutes. This is our chance to explore your ideas, vision and the floral elements you'd love to include.

Personalised Proposal

Following our conversation, you'll receive a tailored proposal with a detailed quote. Whether you already have a clear design in mind or would like some creative guidance, your proposal will include everything you need to make an informed decision, along with a floral mood board, style inspiration, and colour palette inspiration.

Booking & Inspiration

Once you have formally booked your date with a booking fee, I will stay in touch, we'll develop and refine your ideas throughout your planning process. You'll also gain access to a shared Pinterest Board, where you can pin inspiration and continue building your floral vision.

Venue Visit

If I haven't worked at your venue before, I'll arrange a site visit to familiarise myself with the layout and surroundings. This ensures a seamless design and set up process. I'll liaise directly with your wedding planner or venue coordinator, making sure I'm aligned with the timings and flow of your day.

Floral Journey

I'll remain in close contact throughout your planning, keeping up with any changes or additions so your flowers always reflect your vision.

The finishing touches

Six weeks before your wedding, we'll have a final meeting to confirm all details, including timings and logistics. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any last questions and ensure everything feels complete. The next time we see each other will be on your wedding day, with flowers designed especially for you.

Full service setup and installation

All floral work includes delivery, styling and professional setup on the day. I liaise with your venue or planner directly so you don’t have to worry.

PRICING & INVESTMENT

My design service starts at £1500, most couples invest between £2,000–£5,000 for full-service wedding flowers. For smaller weddings or more intimate floral designs, I’m always happy to discuss a tailored approach

This can include everything from bouquets and buttonholes to ceremony installations, reception florals, and complete on-the-day styling. I’ll walk you through what’s possible within your spend and help you make thoughtful decisions that create beauty and presence where it matters most.

Once we’ve had our initial consultation, I’ll create a bespoke floral proposal with a clear, itemised quote so you know exactly what to expect.
