Weddings with Seed & Wild

• Each wedding booking begins with a video consultation, this usually lasts around 30 minutes to 1 hour. We will chat through your ideas and vision and talk about the elements you need. 

• Once we’ve discussed your wedding floral plans in depth, you’ll be provided with your tailored quote. Whether you’re sure of your designs or need some guidance your quote will provide everything you need to know to help you make a decision. Along with pricing you’ll receive a floral mood board, style board and colour palette inspiration.

• Once you have formally booked your date with a booking fee we will keep in touch and keep building upon your vision. You'll also receive a link to our shared Pinterest board where you can continue to pin any inspirational images you see.

• If I haven't worked at your venue previously, I will carry out a site visit to ensure I am familiar with the setup and surroundings. This makes the logistics & design process seamless.

• I will liaise with your wedding planner or venue coordinator to ensure I am aware of the timings and running of your wedding day.

• I will remain in close contact with you to keep up with any changes, amendments or additions you would like to make. 

• Six weeks prior to your wedding day I will set up a final meeting to go through the final details, this will include timings and logistics for the day. This will be a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and to tie up all the loose ends. Next time I see you after this meeting will be your big day!

Finally, because your wedding is so important to me and I want to give you my very best service and complete attention, your wedding will be my only wedding booking for that day.
